My daughter was not able to do her reservation do to her age and on top of this incovenience they still charged me for a service I didn't receive.

There was disturbances all night. Yelling, cussing, walking around. I was scared to stay there yet scared to leave my room. The windows and walls are so thin I could hear EVERYTHING outside. Including the drag racing cars down the street all night. My bed sheets had stains on them, the mirrors were dirty, and it was unclean. I didn’t even take a shower because I felt unclean. Never returning

I didn’t like anything about this place. Worst stay ever. I am not sure what picture you had on the website but it definitely didn’t look anything like that.
Also very loud and dirty. Could hear all the traffic driving too

We felt very unsafe during my stay at this property. The location was in a questionable area with poor lighting throughout, which heightened the discomfort. The windows in the room did not lock, adding to the insecurity, and the door never seemed to close properly. This allowed us to hear everything outside, including frequent shouting from other guests late into the night.
Additionally, the front desk staff was unprofessional and showed little interest in providing quality service. In the room, the bed linens were unacceptable, appearing unclean and stained, which further detracted from the experience.
