It was clean and a great stay. A little outdated but good for 1 night. The room smelled a little but okay

Drive way is narrow when finding the first time. Check in great, parking lot felt secure, hot water, ac, and breakfast that starts at 6am. I was appreciative of that for this trip.

The Best Western Plus in north Fresno is extremely dirty. To start, the lobby was under construction and had tarp and cement particles dripping from the ceiling. In the room, the shower curtain has been unchanged since 2007. The light fixture was filled with bugs and the A/C HVAC system was compacted with dust and debris. Moreover, there was a high school team staying at the hotel and they made loud noises until 12am. This was by far the worst hotel I have stayed at, and it rivals even motel 6. This hotel should be lowered to 2 stars.’

This was one of my worst stays at a hotel. The location was okay for a last minute stay, but the room was horrible. The restroom was not flushing properly. The noise from the people out in the pool didn't stop until abiut 1am, and throughout the night all you could hear were footsteps from the top floor.
