It's very conveniently located, walkable to anything in the French Quarter. But it's very run down, we stayed in the loft, and it's moldy, smelly, the mattresses are very old and squeaky. Carpet is old and warn down. Looks much nicer on pictures than in reality. It needs a major renovation.

Great location. Friendly staff. Parking 5 minutes walking distance. Microwave in reception. Fridge in room. Balcony. Beautiful patio area for coffee. Cafe across the road. Room a little cold was my only issue.

The property was just the definition of character!! Easy walk to many things!! Very friendly staff!!
