The gentleman during day on Wednesday wasn’t friendly at all and asked him twice to repeat what he was saying because he spoke so softly

The staff is awesome. The property is well cut and well-maintained. The gym has decent equipment. The pool appears well maintain the room is comfortable. The only dislike I had was the level 2 car chargers that staff member states or installed about a month ago. You have to scan a QR code on the car charger And then it goes to a webpage or ask for a code and email address without the code. You cannot connect to the charger and now we’re on the page. Does the request for you to go to a website or anything. When the staff member asked the manager the manager told him that I just enter my email address and then a code gets sent to my email. Well I tried that but again the page wants a code and an email address together, so unfortunately, no way for me to charge my car here . I do realize a lot of people are new to the EV charging game so I have to give them some leniency for that. Maybe my next visit here they will have a little bit better understanding of how they’re supposed to work.

Did not the positioning of the bed. Like they were hiding a big stain in carpet.

Didn't service the room even when hanging the sign on the door requesting it. Had to go to the front desk to get clean towles.
