Everything would have been a 5 with the exception of having no elevator. When I asked for a first floor room, the person checking me in said there weren’t any available. There were three cars in the parking lot. So we dragged two very heavy bags up the stairs.
We went out for dinner and returned about 9:30 and there were the same three cars in the lot, so not sure who was occupying those first floor rooms…
I’m not even sure this hotel is ADA compliant.

Squeaky bed. Uncomfortable mattress. Check in was slow waiting for staff.
