We only stayed one night, and it was, overall, a positive experience. The staff was helpful but not necessarily friendly which is on brand for the Bay Area. The room was nice and bigger than expected and had great amenities. There was a bug in the bathroom though and the continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. The coffee was awful and they were playing political news on a giant TV in the dining area which was unpleasant to say the least. It was in a very convenient location and I would stay there again.

I really liked the pleasant atmosphere. The staff at the check-in desk are so polite, courteous, and helpful. As well, the helpers are so friendly, and everyone in all areas have a smile on their face. Awesome!

Everything about our stay was perfect except the smell in the 100 block close to Olive Garden. We had 2 rooms and each room smelt like animal piss and who knows what else. We had to sleep with the windows wide open which on the ground floor level left us sleeping with one eye open. The staff was amazing and the room comfortable enough. Please do something about the carpets and smells. Horrible. Even our clothes and luggage smell like the room now. Advised front desk who said thank you for letting them know.
