"The hotel is in a great location and very clean. The staff are very friendly but there is always one who ruins it for everyone else. One night, a guest had a big dog in their room and the dog barked anytime that someone walked by the room. The dog liked to jump on you and I had to wait to get the next elevator. "

"The kitchen was absolutely empty, staff in Sunday evening was absent. Check-in enough complicated, but after 2 calls was succesfull. Location is good, no far away from highway, free parking available, WI-FI good, shops in few minutes by foot"

"It was a great surprise. I needed a place for one night and I found a diamond in the roof. The receptionist was amazing, super helpful and very, very nice. She answered questions. She told me about places that I needed to find in the town. The room was actually five stars as far as I’m concerned. Very clean a living area with a bedroom. It was perfect A+ on this hotel in Unterhaching. "
