We had excellent service at this hotel. The staff spoke English, there was lots of accessible dinning options nearby and it was close to the tram. The hotel was quiet and other guests were respectful. I recommend to anyone looking for a cheaper option in Freiburg.

While the hotel itself is great, the lack of convenient parking is a significant drawback. I would recommend this place for its cleanliness and overall quality, but be prepared for a frustrating parking experience, especially if you're arriving by car on the night .

We were in Europe for 5 weeks this motel would be hard to beat

Average hotel with less friendliness

Quite noisy
Posted 20 May 2024 on HotelsOverall, we had a good stay but the property is very noisy with guests coming back late at night and making a noise and coaches starting their engines early in the morning so it is not the most relaxing stay I have ever had
