You Rent here a very old private Apartment, no Check in possible and will claim my money I paid for not sleeping in a private NO BOUTIQUE HOTEL it’s a man old apartment in a old not nice house block!!!! I will many my money back! Terrible option and hope won’t be listed anymore after I get my money back

Dear Christian,When you booked, like every guest over the last 8 years, we sent you a message on how the check in works which you obviously did not read. We spent 6 hours trying to contact you by phone, WhatsApp and email with no response. Then you decide eventually to contact us AFTER you left. The apartment is advertised as an apartment not a hotel as you wrote and we are very unhappy that you wrote all these false things which do NOT reflect the service we offer. In future we suggest, you read the booking details and information more carefully, Tom Bagge , check in manager

Joli appartement proche commerces et a 3 arrêts de tram du centre ville.
L hote et tres sympathique et a l ecoute.
