No diet conscious selections on Room Service menu. Need at least one.

Our showers were cold both nights that we stayed.

They need to repair the problem with the boiler and make sure customers have enough hot water.

Our stay at Hilton Shreveport was great! The room had a cat like smell but still felt clean and comfortable!

Excellent service and the hotel room and premises are clean every day. The people on front desk and parking are friendly and always happy. Thanks again Hilton.
