Very quiet and peaceful which is what we wanted! There were a few small improvements I would have liked, like a toasty hot hot tub open past 7 pm and a good thorough mopping of unit floors, but otherwise the facilities were nice, the kitchen made self-catering easy, laundry facilities convenient, and the staff could not have been kinder and more friendly. Be aware that you definitely will want to rent a car, and can easily do so from the property.

For the amenity i had to complain the next day since they never offered anything. After complaining i received a bottle of wine but for sure they were not happy about it.

Hello Javier, as an Expedia V.I.P. guest at Dolphin Cove you are entitled to a free bottle of wine. We just moved into our brand-new reception building the day you arrived. Our cases of wine that we keep on hand had not been brought over yet, thank you for reminding us that you did not receive your bottle of wine. The next day you got your bottle of wine, I assure we were not upset about giving you the wine. That is something we do every day as we are the only Expedia V.I.P. property on Grand Bahama.

Spacious room, very clean but bathroom needs updating. Grout on tiles and little mold in crevices of shower.

The property was beautiful, clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to returning.
