It was within walking distance to Main Street in Fredericksburg. I had a wonderful stay and saw a family of deer grazing on the property which was absolutely amazing. Will definitely return!

We were upgraded to double queen upon late arrival. The place is very clean and with a welcoming warm/home vibe. Sharon from front desk was very friendly and helpful. Close proximity to downtown. Will stay here again.

Very good stay. Owner/Staffs were very cordial. We stayed in the Blue House, which is a cottage just adjacent to the main property. Rooms were clean and every amenities were there.
There is a great Mexican restaurant just down the street. The Main Street is also nearby, 5 mins walk from property, where the town comes to unwind.

We got an upgrade to stay at the house. It was beautifully furnished and so clean. Our family was very comfortable!

A totally disfunctional room setup within a tiny house (Cabin H). Side of King bed (we reserved a queen bed) was flush will the wall, so had to crawl across for entry/exit. Other side of bed was not within reach of the nightstand, so had to get out of bed for our phone alarm. Lamp on that nightstand did not work. With a step down to bathroom, it was precarious walking, especially in middle of night. Kitchen was located right off bathroom. But the fridge was actually within the bathroom! They are pet friendly. But we had no pets and yet were given a cabin that clearly had guests with pets immediately preceeding us based on remnants of dog hair on floor and on porch, which we swept up ourselves. Not sure how Peachtree was voted "Best" in 2023, other than convenient location to downtown.

The only thing I did not like was the parking. Each room had its own parking garage but people didn't use it they created there own parking so when we tried to back out of our parking space couldn't there where big trucks and suvs blocking us trying to back out. I think the hanger should have told them they have to use there parking garage.
