It was nice to be able to have the benefits of a suite for the comparable price of a standard hotel room. Great location with a Walmart Super Center within walkable distance and dining options nearby.

I love it It feels like home, with utensils, kitchen, separate living room. And the staff is very friendly

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was really like a one bedroom apartment. I thought it was going to be like a studio. It was quiet and the staff were friendly. I would definitely stay here if I travel to Virginia again.

It has a spacious floorplan which gave the family room to stretch out. Great amenities. Only minor issue was that housekeeping missed a couple areas (previous guest left clothes in the drawers, deoderant under the chest of drawers)- yet no big deal b/c I wipe down/disinfect before we settle in. Pretty quiet and peaceful. Would stay again.

We take great pride in our cleanliness and customer service as evidenced by our overwhelming positive reviews. I apologize for this isolated incident and ask that ant concerns our guest have during their stay are immediately brought to the attention of our on-site manager so it can be addressed immediately. We proactively have contracted services once a month to prevent this from occurring .

No one in the office during business hours. Found it strange to have to call a phone number for someone to unlock the office. Area a little sketchy and did not feel comfortable with people hanging out on balconies staring at you parking or walking. Extremely noisy throughout the night and into the morning with loud stomping noises overhead. Difficult to get a good nights sleep. On the plus side the room was clean and bathroom very nice and modern.

Thank you for your feedback and recognizing our cleanliness and modern restorations! We are structured differently than other hotels in that if guests arrive after office hours, we communicate instructions on how to access your rooms keys. We take hospitality so seriously our general manager stays on property to assist with any guest issues at any time. As you were here only one night, I am sure you did not realize our smoking stations are located in two areas on the balcony for our second-floor guests. As for noise, if guests were loud above you, that is unacceptable. As with any hotel property, please reach out to the manager on site and it will be addressed immediately. Thank you again for recognizing our clean and up-to-date rooms! I will be sure to share with our housekeeping staff!
