Front desk staff spoke no English, have a translator ready. Other staff that passed by during my check in apparently spoke no English either. Plus the fact they couldn’t locate my Expedia reservation check in took well over half an hour. In that period I got ticked because the area around the hotel was restricted residents parking and meter parking was a ways away from the hotel (and you need Czech coins for that). Nearest paid public parking is the train station a 15 minute walk away. I was escorted there by the police after I paid the ticket. Hotel parking was apparently full. Also the front desk staff demanded a voucher for my reservation which was nowhere to be found on my Expedia reservation. On the plus side the room was not bad (but no bathtub as shown in the room pictured). Breakfast was good with very good service. I like this place but I am hard pressed to stay there again because of the reception I received from the front desk staff and the location with limited parking. Recommend if you stay there contact the hotel ahead of your stay to inquire about hotel parking and the voucher they are giving for.

The fact that the hotel is located in the historic center of the city is certainly a plus, but it also does not allow us to have unlimited parking, unfortunately. Das Hotel Brussel ist das einzige ganz
Neu gebaute im Zentrum. Es liegt nur wenige Schritte von der Bushaltestelle
Nach Cheb/Eger. davor liegt auch das
Kleine gute Gasthaus zum Blauen
Elefant und das Bierbad. Leider war
Das Check-in etwas umständlich,
Musste 3 Formulare unterschreiben,
Das geht in anderen Franzensbade Hotels einfacher...
Das Hotel richtet sich an deutsch und
Russisch sprechende Gäste.
Das Personal ist freundlich, die Dame
Vom Guten Frühstückbuffet sprach
Leider nur rudimentär deutsch, strahlte aber übers ganze Gesichtn
Wenn man ein paar Worte Russisch
Spricht. Auf dem Wochenmenueplan
Fand sich öfters Fisch zur Auswahl.
Neben dem Hotel,Pawlik das einzige
Das eine Kältekammer bietet.
moderne Kurbehandlungsräume
Im Untergeschoss mit Pool, Sauna&
dampfsauna. da nur Max 66 Gäste
Auf 3 Stockwerken, persönliches
Ambiente. Kleine Lobby und nur wenige Parkplätze, 100m zum Kurpark, moderne Einrichtung, sehr
