"This property is next level amazing. The food is wonderful, the picnics, various restaurants, to say nothing of the wine. We stayed in a retreat cottage which is amazing and well appointed. The staff are great. I was with my wife and four year old daughter and we loved it all. My daughter did horse tours and we just had a truly perfect experience here staying for a week. It’s magical. "I’m glad we stayed here- great location and views of the landscape. I would have expected a little more knowledge from staff on a variety of things and the breakfast was satisfactory. Not sure I would have eaten dinner in the hotel. I would recommend only 1-3 night stay here "

"This place is absolutely stunning! From the moment we arrived and were greeted by the owners, we were made to feel at home. The grounds are spectacular, the room well equipped, immaculately clean and the staff all amazing. The breakfast is fabulous, with freshly made omelettes, fruit, cereals, toast and meats and cheeses. I highly recommend this place and we hope to come back some day! "

"Lovely stay in the Winelands at this countryside hotel. Rooms were lovely , lots of attention to detail. Bed was like sleeping in a cloud. Gorgeous surroundings. "

Only thing I can score it down for is attention to detail on housekeeping -teapot and cup not cleaned away one day. Stairs and hall carpet needs a vacuum. "We booked last minute and as the price was lower than other options was not sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. Very spacious loft apartment with a great bed and lovely bathroom. As we were there only 1 night didn't use the well appointed kitchen. Sofa was comfortable and it was close to the center of town. Great bakery next door as well as the supermarket across the street. I would definitely stay there again."

"This is a fantastic boutique hotel in a great location. The breakfast was delicious and varied, the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Room 15 is amazing with huge corner double aspect windows and beautiful views of the hills. "

"Great stay, nice room with great bathroom. Breakfast not a huge choice but what they had was v good and lovely coffee. Hassar Grill on site is also really good with great service. Will be back!"

"Really loved almost everything about my stay here. Easily 5/5 stars. Only concern was walking back at night as it was a bit of a long way to go in the dark but staff said it was safe to do. I didn’t have any issues though! Thanks again for a wonderful experience! "
