Great location! Easy access to the T for trips into Boston. Franklin is a beautiful New England town--really enjoyed visiting all the shops.
The entire staff at the Residence Inn were pleasant, helpful and professional--noticeably so---which was much appreciated.

We were only there for two nights and had to be moved twice. Once because the room smelled like weed and the second time because there were mice in the room.

Everything was good except for the mold in the bathroom. It wasn't overwhelming but it could use some TLC. Mold is not good & if not taken care of could be hazardous to ppl staying there. Other than that, the staff & room were great!!
