Our room was flooded by a broken refrigerator. Went to front desk asked for first aid. They didn't have one at the front desk and had to search for band aids for us. No non dairy options at the continental breakfast and our ceilings in our room looked like they were going to fall in on ys from years of water damaged.

the room smelled musty and mildewy, and we had an 18-month-old baby with us. My son had to sleep on top of the covers as when he pulled the blankets back the sheets were stained. We had to check out 2 days early as the conditions were not satisfactory. we were afraid to touch anything. I would like some kind of compensation as in a refund for the two days we did not stay there. Thank you for your attention in this matter.

Good clean hotel. Comfortable room and bed. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was ok. Basic food with biscuits and gravy. eggs and waffles. Would stay here again
