This was the nastiest hotel I've ever stayed in.
Posted 2 Apr 2017Filthy, had to wipe the bathroom floor with Clorox. Disgusting... unknown stuff dripping on the wall. Everything you touched was black. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Old I can deal with. Filthy, dirty and disgusting absolutely not. If there were a rating lower than terrible, that's what it would be.

The hotel didn't have any record of my reservation; the mattress was very hard; the blanket was very thin; the bathroom was not well cleaned.

Tubs have no water

Pros: location
Cons: update the bathrooms and fix water isses
Location: easy to find and near convention center
good location. advertise that all rooms have large tubs... but they do not have water hooked up to them.. did not offer to move me to a room w/ a working tub.

Pros: The location was the one good thing about this motel, since it was close to the city center of Provo.
Cons: The person who checked me in wasn't very professional, it was like he just had rolled out of bed. There were also TONS of kids playing around in the parking lot who I think were related to the owner of the motel, and they were being loud and obnoxious even until as late as 11pm.

Our room was not available

It was a last minute decision to take the trip so used hotel.com to find a place when we were about 4 hours away. We arrived a little after 1am and the reservation did not show up on record. I showed the confirmation email to the staff who honored the price. The room had concrete walls, horrible decor and hard beds but considering we were only there for sleep... It worked.

Don't DO IT!
Posted 14 Aug 2016Bed bugs and blood stains. Enough said. When we tried to talk to the hotel they just argued.... Basically called us liars even with photos. I wouldn't pay $5 for this room. Homeless people and people that live at this hotel begging for cigarettes... CLEAN IT UP owners if you want to survive.
