The staff was very helpful and accommodating when I asked for help. I was unable to check in very well on the first night but that was due to me not being able to call and having limited service. Overall it was a nice stay and the room was great

Good location, easy check
Towels were like sandpaper and beds were hard

Dirty, hot and noisy
Posted 27 May 2024 on HotelsThe best thing about this hotel was the friendly lady on reception when we arrived. I chose this hotel because of its location and parking. Location is good but there was no parking available when we got there (I was unaware of a required reservation) We were lucky and got a park close by.
The room was hot and we had to have the windows closed due to the street noise and the overly friendly pigeons. There were two fans - one didn’t work.
The shower was nice but I had to use the nozzle to clean off something on the tiles that I didn’t want to look too closely at. We stayed one of our two booked nights and chose to leave … especially when I realized the scuffed walls were dirty with what looked like an old sneeze on part of our wall. This is the first hotel I’ve ever left and obviously I do not recommend it.
