Water are only free for 1 day, room service sucks . Phone to the desk from the room , they answer with no manners , call the bar we don’t manage water here As one of the person who answered .

Absolutely great hotel. Fabulous rooms with super designs. Amazing buffet breakfast and the staff were delightful and helpful.
Only negative was how hot the entire building seemed to be but once we found the room window opened it was fab. A perfect place to stay to visit the Christmas Markets

Lovely hotel, beds are very comfortable. The room was spotless, great shower. A little further out from the centre of Frankfurt, but an easy 30 min walk. This is a much quieter area, with many food options round about.
