Room was never properly cleaned, floor and carpet was always dirty even after being “cleaned”. Sheets in the bed were never changed the pillows smelled and had stains. My room key stopped working a total of 3 times. I attempted to dine at the restaurant a total of 4 times and was never able to.

I did not like that the only option for dinner was a $25 buffet. Breakfast cost $15 which was high based on what you got. Also had to pay for airport shuttle which you do not in the US. Very male dominant staff and guests which made me feel uncomfortable traveling as a single woman.

I've stayed in NH hotels before and the value fir money is good. Rooms are spacious. This one even had a very nice restaurant for dinner and breakfast. The only issue I had was with the air condition thermostat. It seemed defective. The room was rather warm and uncomfortable during a hit summer day & night.

Uncomfortable room because of poor air con

Well located hotel with good transport options. Room uncomfortable because of poor air conditioning. Hotel needs some updating.
