The first day we were not allowed to check in after an 16 hour flight we had to pay extra even though I requested early check in , the person was very rude
At the booking it said drinking water included but we were only allowed one bottle of water , the washroom fan was not working so all the shower smell and steam was coming to the room since the washroom was in the middle of the room , for the price the service was very poor

The train station is only a few seconds away from the hotel, and it was just a very short train ride to the airport for a few Euros. The S8 and S9 trains run every 15 minutes. Great location for the first or last day of your trip. Downtown Frankfurt is about 15 to 20 minutes by train. The front desk staff is very helpful and kind. We would stay here again!
