We stayed in an apartment which was perfect for a family of 5. The staff was friendly, gave suggestions for food, travel and sights around the area. The angled low ceilings in the bedroom are unique and I would think anyone over 6’2 may struggle with navigating. Breakfast was amazing and there was something for everyone.

Well managed Hotel in top location and with spacious rooms. The amenities are a little outdated though.

The property is located in a very strategic area near the trains. Getting around is very easy. I happen to have room 56, which is probably different from all the rooms, and I will say, I will stay here again and again. That room is beyond comfortable, its an apartment with everything you need to be comfortable. will recommend to all.

All staff friendly. Hotel very clean. Rooms very nicely ce. Breakfast excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Somehow i filtered by location and the selected dates changed so expedia caused me to reserve my hotel on the wrong date. Upon arriving at check in, the front desk staff informed me thwre are no rooms due to a fair in the area but he has an apartment nearby i can stay in if i pay him in cash.
I politely declined and alternate accommodations. We researched eventa in the area and did not find any fairs. Bad experience

The property is clean but a bit outdated and in need of a fresh coat of paint. We also checked with staff three times that someone was always at the desk because we had to checkout around 5:15 in order to get to our ICE train on time. We were assured someone would be there but when we arrived there was only a note saying they would be right back. We waited 15 min but had to leave to catch our train. We left a note and the keys behind the sign so only the desk staff could see it and since we pre-paid with Expedia there didn’t seem to be any issue with this. Otherwise it was a comfortable bed if that’s all you need. We were told about a breakfast but while in town we just woke up early and grabbed something in the square or by the gardens.
