Very basic. Bed is clean. Shower is clean.
Neighbours were noisy.
Very bad area. Drugs and other elements all around property.
I always stay as close as possible to the train station for reasons of transportation. I will stay further away from now on.

In general it is okay, very close to train station. Except the street noise is pretty bad. It is in a busy area, the noise is non-stop.

Unless you have to stay in the worse area of Frankfurt, right next to the Red Light district, I would pick somewhere else. You can find much nicer hotels in the surrounding area. Plus this hotel customer service is non-existent. Don't try to call or email them.

Close to central station but the area is horrible, dirty and noisy! Hotel itself was ok, you pay for what you get. Not sure how it’s a 3 star hotel though.

The staff did their best, the room was OK but overlooking the noisy street. This area has declined to the extent that it felt more like north Africa than Germany.
Lots of police activity during day and night.
I would not go back but that is not the fault of the hotel, it is a result of the disastrous EU migration situation.
