Room was hot, stuffy, and noisy
Posted 10 Jul 2024 on HotelsNo air conditioning, no fan, just a long sob story about how they didn’t want guests to control their own a/c because they might make it too cold? The room was otherwise nice, and clean, though lots of road noise. The breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of variety. However, given a choice, I would not stay here again.

I was surprised that they had gone upstairs to my room and removed my luggages after I had informed them in the morning that I would be leaving later than 12:00 noon, they had mentioned not a problem, for every extra hour we would charge you 10 Euros which I agreed... However they had my phone number as well as my email and as a courtesy to the guest they should have either called me or emailed me and asked for my permission to enter the room and removed my suitcases...Will not be going to this hotel again...

Disappointing!
Posted 24 Sep 2023 on HotelsWhile the hotel itself was well presented, and the breakfast was good, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The television in the room wasn’t working and when I reported it, the hotel staff said “yes, we know”. No offer to move me or have it fixed. The internet in the room was extremely poor. I literally had to wave my laptop above my head to get a signal and send an email! Finally, the housekeeping was poor and lacklustre. Used towels were taken but not replaced, room left untidy.
