Posted 15 Nov 2023 on HotelsI ran a conference and stayed for two days and nights. Staff excellent, professional and helpful. Excellent location to run events and training. Although I was happy with my stay in the past, certain areas of the hotel have been upgraded and further improved. Me and my delegates loved the food.

It was ok! -- far walk a -- no breakfast
Posted 4 Apr 2023 on HotelsThe information advertised on hotels.com was misleading. I booked this hotel for the value since breakfast was included in the price. When we got there, they said breakfast was not included and have to pay extra for it. I would have not booked it and just spend the same price on a more conveniently located hotel. It's a really far walk from the city center and not instantly accessible by bus.
On the positive side, the hotel was really clean, trendy and the staff were very nice.

When I booked with expedia, as per expedia the breakfast was included. But as per the hotel dont. Finally I didnt get the breakfast.
