There was a women waitress in the restaurant area who was very rude. She took our order, i ordered a drink and cheese cake. My husband ordered a beer. I had finished my drink and cheesecake and my husband still didnt have his beer so he went and got one from the bar. She came back and lectured us on how we need to go through her. She was rude and never checked on us. About an hour later we had to track her down for our check.the manager was very helpful and accommodating. The lady who checked us in had a major attitude as well. Our room was decent but the table near the couch had someone elses drink .marks all over it so it made me womder what else had not been cleaned. There is definitely more issues with staff having attitudes but i hate writing reviews. I though it was necessary this time

This is a great hotel if you are flying in or out of the Frankfurt Airport. Even better if you need to have access to Terminal 1. Terminal 2 requires and shuttle bus, but it is still convenient. It is also convenient to the airport long distance train station. The rooms are well equipped and a very comfortable size. Really, it’s the largest room I’ve had in Europe. Even though you are right next to the trains and airport, the rooms are well insulated and noise is nonexistent!! The only issue we had was not understanding the temperature gauge for the AC, but that did not make or break our stay. I would highly recommend staying here and would stay here again if I return to Frankfurt.

Actually,was very surprised how nice it was. My past experience… somewhat dated… has not been good with Marriott airport hotels

This was a great place to stay between flights. Very clean and within walking distance from the terminal. The staff was very welcoming and professional as well! Would definitely stay there again.
