Posted 20 May 2024 on HotelsThe receptionist and the front of manager Dina both were extremely rude. In stead of speaking English, they asked me to learn their language should I ever want to travel again in that country as they were under no obligation to speak English with me.

The hotel was a treasure to find! Clean, nice room with heated floors. The one downside was the t.v. Stations were limited. Few English speaking stations. Very close to the train station but without any noise. Convenient, just two stations away from the Frankfurt main train station.
Will stay there again!

Room was clean and the breakfast was OK. However, the wifi was very slow, even late evening and difficult to get onto; and both mornings, there was no hot water for the shower. There was a slight smoky smell in the room and a strange smell in the bathroom. I've stayed in better, cheaper places in Offenbach.

I stayed for 2 nights, whilst working a few miles away, commuting by train.
The room was clean and in good order, the staff were friendly and helpful.
The hotel itself was quiet, although there were some late bars nearby, I had 2 good nights sleep.
I can not comment on the breakfast, as I was working too early to try it.
