Cons:
Shower Issues:
The hot water temperature fluctuated from very hot (burning) to mild every 30 seconds, making showering uncomfortable.
The shower head handle wouldn't stay in place at the top, and removing the shower head caused it to fall loudly onto the metal.
Shower caps were poorly installed, exposing water tubes.
Room Fixtures:
The mirror was not securely glued and was unstable.
No bidet or similar feature in the bathroom.
No brush set provided, which is typically standard in 3-4 star hotels.
Technology Issues:
The Wi-Fi signal was very weak, barely sufficient for a WhatsApp call.
The smart TV settings were poorly configured, causing pop-up notifications for "Add Samsung TV from room XYZ" to appear. This occurred in room 6036 and included TVs from other rooms, potentially a network security issue.
Comfort:
Pillows were very short and not comfortable.
Pros:
Staff and Service:
Exceptional customer service from the lobby staff.
Room Conditions:
The room was clean.
The room was quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep.
Overall, while the staff and cleanliness were commendable, the issues with the shower, weak Wi-Fi, and poorly configured smart TV detracted significantly from the experience.

Excellent Hotel, not the usual standard of Airport Hotels, staff are amazing and the hotel is a great place to stay.
