Staff was very helpful. Bed was very comfortable. Loved the bedding in the room. We will stay here again next year.

Disappointed that two bed reservation was not honored. Had a pullout bed instead.

The hotel did not change towels or make bed daily. I have never had this in any hotel before. It says clearly that if you want the towels changed put on floor, but no one came to change them. Disappointed in this I want to be pampered when I go away.

EVERYONE HAD A SMILE AND WAS FRIENDLY. LADY FIXING BREAKFAST WAS SUPER NICE. CROWDED, ESP IN BATHROOM. EXHAUST FAN LOUD. THE SHELF NEAR THE BEDS…BAD LOCATION, HIT HEAD A FEW TIMES. PEOPLE WERE NICE BUT WASN’T OVERLY IMPRESSED WITH ROOM. STRONG CHLORINE SMELL WHEN YOU WALK IN THE DOOR. SHEET ON BED WOULD NOT STAY ON (FITTED SHEET). TOO MANY OTHER CHOICES NOT TO BE WOWWED A LITTLE.

My bathroom room 119 bathroom ceiling had mold and a water stain on the ceiling. The window covering were shears. No blinds or shades for the window. So when cars parked it would light up the first floor at all hours of the night. The Jacuzzi jets were also broken. This hotel needs a renovation.

For the price we paid it did not meet expectations. Definitely needed more insulation in the walls between rooms…
