Power starved in Francistown!
Posted 9 Jun 2021 on HotelsThe hotel had a power power problem which left the rooms and restaurant in the dark for a few hours. Power did not come on until after I went to sleep and then BANG lights came on aircon on and I was now awake. When asked, the front desk gave a basic brush off saying a few minutes which turned into hours. This was a issue for the Cresta hotel as the hotel and casino across the street had power. A flashlight would have been useful.

First I would like to apologies for what happened, the hotel was experiencing the power cut for that day. So when our maintenance attended the issues it was realized that we had one electric cable which needed to be replaced. We have managed to fix the problem,We wish to welcome you back again to Cresta Thapama Hotel

Posted 15 Dec 2019 on HotelsIf you appreciate flowers, trees, and ambiance you will love this hotel. We came in at night and were surprised just how gorgeous the grounds were in daylight. We had a delicious breakfast, and then couldn't wait to get outside, sit by the pool, and get some work done on our computers.
