Posted 11 Apr 2019 on HotelsRooms not clean , dust and spider webs visible in the shower , Shower tabs broken and still using curtains to cover the shower. Staff have no information but only the manager can check which sad.

OK but not wow!
Posted 11 Jun 2018Reception wanted payment although it had been paid through Expedia - that issue was resolved very promptly by the manager.
The amount they wanted was less than paid to Expedia.
The 'garden view' was really a carpark view.
The room was comfortable but several lights were not working and it was not as clean as it should be - cobwebs in the bathroom.
The restaurant was adequate.

Comfortable stay in a quiet area.
Posted 13 May 2017Other than encountering a little booking problem with the new reception staff, the stay was fine. The Indian curry dishes, nan and rice in the restaurant were great!

Posted 27 Mar 2017 on HotelsEverything was available in the room, aircon, fridge and television. However, the finer details needing sorting out. One of the main lights did not work, there was no room to put items beside the bed on one side and the tap on the sink was very very loose! Bed very comfy. No where to put anything in the shower room either other than the floor.

it is close to town
Posted 23 Aug 2017wifi was poor. sometime i couldn't connect wifi. especially our room has distance from reception. then signal was not strong.
