"My stay was in an apartment with a separate bedroom and lounge. All was comfortable, spacious and clean. The TV was only in the bedroom and it may have been nice to watch TV in the lounge. Dinner seemed to be available but I was not clear how you ordered it in advance. It would have been nice to have arranged this in advance. "Hotel à fuir! Agression par les gerants car la chambre n'était pas propre à notre arrivée (cheveux et poils sur le sol et dans la douche, poussière, couette tachée de sang...) Aucunes solutions nous a été proposé et le gerant n'a rien voulu savoir et nous agressé en criant dans l'hôtel et devant les autres clients en nous sommant de partir. (Bien sûr sans masque en période de covid) La gendarmerie a été contactée et nous sommes finalement parti pour nous retrouver sans logement un samedi soir au...

"We stayed there for two nights in February 2018. I was hesitant to stay there because some reviews I read, but it was an excellent experience. The hotel is in a very small village. The place is very comfortable, clean and safe. It is a place where you will go to bath, rest and sleep. You will find all the necessary for those activities. It is an hour from Neuchātel, Switzerland. Very nice area, very nice people."

"Booking through Expedia resulted in not being sent the code for late checkin. We arrived after an 8 hour drive and only managed to get in after calling the help button 5 times to get a code to let us into the building and our room. On Expedia it says reception is closed from 8.30 but that you can check in 2pm to anytime! More info needed. The beds are comfortable and the room is clean enough although dusty and the bathroom floor need a mop to remove sticky residue. Air-con unit did not work so...
