"Our group of six had three rooms at this property and also had dinner at its fabulous restaurant. The proprietor, Joseph, was the highlight of our experience. He was welcoming and made us feel like we were in his home. We enjoyed a beverage in the hotel lounge and the homemade breakfast cakes and cookies with our expresso and cappechino in the morning. "We booked a suite but at check in we were told that all the suites were full so were given basic double room with no bathtub. We were given very little information at check in as none of the staff spoke good english. We never received complimentary mineral water as promised in booking. They don't leave fresh towels in your room either we had to go look for some from the cleaner. "
