This is a decent hotel for the price to stay while visiting the falls. Breakfast buffet was really good. They only offered buffet for lunch and dinner at a reasonable price.

Excellent place to spend vacation, eithe inside the hotel property or outside which are close to beautiful areas like Iguaçu Falls and other parks.

Establishment is clean and property nice but outdated - therefore way overpriced.

Lovely place to stay and would recommend others to choose this resort. Everything was very neatly organized and user friendly. General lay out and the design of the facility is well thought and managed extraordinary. Breakfast was exceptional with wide variety of choice.

Very good property with excellent rooms and open spaces.
Buffet is way below average and kids equipment such as bicycles, balls, and racquets need mayor updates.

First of all, this property is beautiful, and the staff are nice. However, they can barely speak english. This was really annoying.
Secondly, the food options are not only limited, but they are not healthy and delicious. Bad news is the place is in no where so you cant order food by uber or etc. Also, breakfast is sth repetitive. Fresh cooking breakfast also serve if you know Portuguese.
Thirdly, if you get taxi from hotel, you need to pay the taxi by cash! It is really annoying. You cant use your credit card.
Fourthly, Internet is awful. I dont know why they have such a weak Internet connection in their hotel.
Fifthly, pay attention to the bill. If you dont read the bill, they will charge you extra.
Totally, I dont believe that this place is a 5 star hotel. Best case scenario 3 is enough.
