No recibí vista al jardín como dice mi reserva. La vista era a un techo horrible. Las habitaciones son anticuadas y viejas pero por lo menos están limpias.
El hotel no tiene un ambiente de relax porque hay niños y ruido en todas partes, en especial a la noche es imposible dormir con el ruido de todo el edificio, ascensores, baños, fuente de agua, puertas, gente caminando, todo se escucha desde la cama.
El aire acondicionado no se puede manejar desde el cuarto porque es central, pasé calor todas las noches. El último día decidieron prender el aire.
La televisión era vieja y aunque subas al máximo la luminosidad igual es super oscura y no tiene la opción de conectar a plataformas para ver series.
No recibí nada de lo que prometieron con expedia vip, ni las bebidas ni el upgrade ni ninguna de las otras cosas.
La recepción y areas comunes tienen olor a viejo y humedad y siempre el ruido es muy elevado que no se puede ni hablar.
Estuve en todos los hoteles de categoría de Foz y este no recomendaría, precio muy elevado para la calidad de lo que ofrece.
Al final de la estadía en la factura habían cosas que no consumí pero lo aceptaron y no me cobraron, asi que hay que estar atentos a esto.

Great resort, perfect for visiting the Falls.
Posted 29 Sep 2023 on HotelsThis is a beautiful hotel and resort. It's in a good location, just south of the main part of the town and only about 15 mins drive from the airport and 30 mins from the Falls.
The resort is spacious and very-well maintained. Room was very comfortable and had all the amenities I expected.
There's a lot here, from the pool to a forest-trek and small zoo/aviary. I wasn't here for long, so didn't get to see it all but it's well worth the cost and is an excellent price.
Food was great, the Feijoada buffet on Saturdays is exceptional but it's good every day. Breakfast was a wide selection and very nice quality food.
Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Overall, I would highly recommend this resort, especially if you're staying for a visit to the Falls.

Uncomfortable rooms
Posted 30 Aug 2023 on HotelsMajority of good hotels we have stayed around the world have tea or coffee making facilities, drinking water and Iron press in the room.
The room was very cold and our first two nights were very uncomfortable. Finally we had to ask for a heater.
Lot of noise in the night, we could hear the noise from the adjacent room also.

Nice family resort. Kids pool area was wonderful. Nice breakfast buffet.
