"This place was so nice. The view over the mountain right behind was great, as well as being close to Fox glacier, whether to go for a hike close by, or get a great viewpoint over it. The whole area is so peaceful. The person who takes care of the place was also really friendly, and this makes the difference!!"

"Booked Mt Cook View Motel and due to road closures from adverse weather meant we couldn't make the booked date. Spoke to Matthew at the Motel who was very helpful and provided updates to road closures. We managed to move the booking to a later date and arrived to find a very helpful Matthew and well appointed accommodation. Matt pointed out some key activities to make the most of our stay which we followed and which provided some good memories of our stay at Fox Glacier including some awesome...
