Fox glacier is a sleepy town. If you want to stay more than 1 night, I would recommend Franz Joseph instead. The property is convenient and the woman who checked us in extremely nice and helpful. The bed was decent, but had a lump in the middle. Bathroom was large and very clean.

Central in Fox - and handy to everything - great place to stay. Everything is close - and staff were helpful; always willing to offer ideas and go the second mile.

The reception staff was excellent. She offered lots of dining, trail and travel suggestions. The room was extremely spacious. The kitchenette was well supplied. The bed was very comfortable. The room was surprisingly quiet. I would recommend this motel to anyone staying in Fox Glacier.

The lady at reception was very welcoming. I had a lovely spa bath, which was such a treat. It took me quite a long time to figure out how to get water in the bath, so some instructions would have helped a lot. All in all, it was a wonderful stay.. thank you

Hot water seemed to be on a timer as both of our showers were cut short due to hot water just disappearing. Nice comfortable bed. Rooms could do with updating a little.

The room was amazing!! Nothing out of place, very clean & tidy. Warm & comfortable. Wish I was staying longer!! Would definitely stay here again.
