"Check in took a little longer as they could not locate my reservation details. The hotel's condition is outdated. If cleanliness is critical to you, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Stains on towel, carpet etc."

"When we checked in, they couldn’t find our reservation record which we paid in advance to Expedia. we booked a lower rate room with no breakfast and have to pay at the spot (US$60 cheaper than what we paid to Expedia).
