The hotel room is spacious and clean. Staff very friendly and polite.
Walk about 5-10mins to Zumiao station exit D and Sightseeing places like Zumiao Temple, The Ancestral Temple, 黄飞鸿纪念馆, 叶问堂, 飞鸿街. Theres a Aeon supermarket inside a mall named All Shopping Mall just around Zumiao.

The staff was very accommodating to help an English only speaking guest. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, great pillows and comforters and the housekeeping staff was great. The restaurant served very good food.The room was a bit musty, but I think it is the nature of the moist climate and that they possibly turn off the ac when the rooms are not in use. There is great shopping within blocks of the area. I will certainly return.

This property advertises itself as new but it's the old Marco Polo with some renovations.
Location is the best thing as it's a few steps from Lingnan.
But the rooms are small, old and not very comfortable. Balconies are nice but have no furniture. Bathroom wasn't very clean and was also very small.
For the price we have stayed in much better 5 star hotels in similar cities so value for money is not there.
Would stay there again only if I need/want to be in the area as it is the nicest in town.
