"This is a stunner of a place! The grounds are tropical gardens and each cabin is gorgeously designed with local and recyclable materials. breakfast in the garden is divine and dinner in the evenings is hearty with local farm fresh products. To top it all off the owners are so delightful and truly welcoming. A fabulous stay- one we hope to return to! "

"This was our first night in Costa Rica. We picked to stay here to split the drive to la fortuna and to be able to stop at Rio Celeste. It’s close to Rio Celeste. The town itself seems abanded. The owner of this property is very sweet. The area is loud, close to the road and constantly hearing traffic. The cabin type room has a large portable fan which was great. Shower works well. Good stay for 1 night. "

"This place was really nice. There’s a great view that is only open to gas of the property. It is conveniently located near the volcanic park as well as tours for Tubing and swimming in the river. The host Elias was very accommodating and he was understanding of our trip, timing and tour timings and make sure we could shower after we return from the hike. "The hotel staff was great, the room was clean, the TV didn't work, they only have cold water for the showers, it was a little pricey for what you get. I had been to the hot springs before the hurricane hit and there were a lot more pools. The two that they did have were hot and enjoyable although were in need of being repainted and cleaned. "The resort was everything it described and the on site restaurant was DELICIOUS. But Google maps had told us there were roads available for getting to other places but there are not! Know that once you get to Bourinquen the only way to get anywhere else is to all the way back to the main highway. "
