A very good hotel for the price

Nice simple hotel, 1 block from beach

Pros: Clean bright rooms especially the superior rooms, all with sea view. Good breakfast. Staff are helpful but only one speaks English. Quiet street.
Cons: The bathroom plumbing badly needs upgrading, taps drip, drains slow to drain, shower enclosures all leak (bring a sponge).
Location: Location is 1 block from the wide part of Iracema beach, close to restaurants, 10 min walk to Dragoa do Mar restaurants.

Cons: Could improve plumbing generally. They don'r seem to spend any money on the hotel.

A noite quando chegamos não havia água na acomodação nem pra lavar as mãos. Dormimos sem tomar banho. O café da manhã algumas opções; no entanto a qualidade deixa a desejar.
