Pontos positivos: o quarto é bem simples mas tudo estava bem limpo, cama macia e lençóis tbm macios! Atendentes prestativos, café da mamha simples mas pra mim estava ótimo. Vários tipos de frutas, dois tipos de suco, iogurte, varios pães, queijo e presunto. Ovos, cuscuz, tapioca, etc. Hotel simples mas atende bem. Pontos negativos: muito barulhento, o quarto que eu fiquei 101, ficava ao lado da pista. Banho gelado! O chuveiro estava funcionando mas era muito fraquinho, mesmo diminuindo o fluxo de água nao esquentava de jeito nenhum. Mas no geral estava tudo ok. Só o fato de estar tudo bem limpinho, o banheiro tbm, pra mim já valei a pena. Se ficaria lá de novo, só pediria pra Nao me colocar no 101 por conta do barulho.

Trata-se de um hotel simples numa construção antiga mas muito bem localizada. Chuveiro elétrico no box, banho fraco, quarto simples sem uma cadeira sem decoracao. Com TV e ar cond bons, cama limpa, frigo bar bom. Elevador unico demorado corredores estreitos. De Categoria 3 estrelas me pareceu incompativel. Preço aceitável

Me colocaram em um quarto que não aceitei desde o início por dois dias me enrolaram que iria mudar de quarto e não aconteceu, quarto que fiquei pareceria um cativeiro sem ventilação alguma não justifica o valor que paguei, fora o café da manhã que não dava para todos os hóspedes, como o motivo da minha viagem era trabalho eu queria o mínimo de conforto no final do dia. Quero ser ressarcimento do meu valor.

Lugar horrível , não vá. Péssima estadia
Lugar cheio de mofo , funcionários mal educados. Você hospede que é de fora , morre de frio porque não tem cobertor. O café da manhã é muito simples pelo valor da diária , em Gramado já paguei hospedagem mais barata e tinha um banquete. Não recomendo esse lugar em nenhum aspecto.
