Pessima qualidade

Hotel sem estabilidade nenhuma para oferecer qualidade e conforto aos clientes! Solicitamos um quarto para casal onde nos ofertaram 2 cama de solteiro com péssima qualidade e com colchões hospitalares e sem falar a central de ar que não estava funcionando e com barulho terrível, então abrimos a janela para tentarmos dormir. Sendo que os anfitriões são muito arrogantes, sem aceitar críticas e nem reclamações.
