First of all, this is a condo in a luxury building. The building is beautiful. If you want to feel secure, this is the place. There are guards at every entrance and they must buzz you in AND OUT. The whole property is surrounded by a glass wall. The building is called Landscape Fortaleza. I would guess that this unit has been a rental for some time, given the condition. Once you walk around the city you begin to understand why the apartment is in the state it’s in. It definitely needs a refresh of furniture and fixtures. The terrace is heaven, and is continuous on three sides, very nice views, you would think there would be more of a breeze on the 11th floor though. I would recommend that you bring paper towels, dish soap, and spray cleaner of some sort. As there will be none in the unit. The bed is very nice and appeared to be new, and nice foam pillows.

No Internet again - Won't stay here again.
Posted 18 Jun 2018 on HotelsOverall I was disappointed with this unit. I would not stay at Beach Class again. This is my second time there and the same problems exist. The internet is terrible. It goes down most nights and doesn't start working until the office opens in the morning. I need the internet for work - it is a must. Also - there is not hot water in the unit, The shower is heated by a plug in shower head - very scary.

We notice you that all our Standard aptm have a proper ADSL intenternet 15 MB fast connection and our Deluxe aptm have 100 MB optic fiber connection. Sometime in the night time the operator company make some work at the line (Fortaleza is growing up very fast and need to upgrade continuously). About the hot water the unit has the hot water provided by electric Ariston system. The next time you need to reserve , please contact us directly we will provide you all the comfort you need.
