It was dirty in the bathroom, the heating system noisy, grout grooves not cleaned, shade needed repair, and the outside of the property littered with trash. Will not stay again if I go to Texas.

This hotel is in very bad condition. Some exterior doors would not open and others do not lock. Lobby constantly smelled of weed. My room itself smelled of mildew. Shower head was broken. No shampoo left in room. Air conditioning did not work well.

Scariest stay I have ever had
Posted 11 Aug 2024 on HotelsWhen we got to the hotel and checked in, went to our room and there was a man in the room taking a shower. So went back to the service desk and they gave us another room. We had a game to go and when we returned we had no phone, no tv remote, we did sleep but I will never stay at a super 8 again

Seemed clean but hall smelled bad. Ice machine broken, pop machine empty , no Kleenex or cups in room and when I asked she said there are none. Couldn’t find the lady till I yelled. Some shades ripped. We couldn’t get tv to work We left after 1 hr
