I am rating this for price point. We got exactly as expected for the price point we paid. The room was a little run down/old but was very clean and the appliances and linens very clean almost new. This is a motel so expect motel vibes outside. We had room 208 and it honestly was better than expected - but again that’s in relation to the price point and expectations. When we arrived the AC in the room was turned off so it was quite stifling but cooled off quickly. Our room was cleans and linens replaced each day.
The biggest downside is location we picked this in proximity to the stock yard thinking we would be able to easily walk. Can you? Yes it’s not walking friendly as half the walk doesn’t have sidewalks unless you walk down a hill to the trinity trails- this trail is really the only way to walk anywhere. We even walked this down to downtown after trying to walk back from downtown on main streets with virtually no sidewalks and paths ending in the middle of bridges. So don’t have high expectations if you’re trying to walk anywhere.
This property was good for the price point though.

This property is located very close to downtown Ft Worth. An easy drive. It is not in the best part of town, but it is north FW. Near the stockyards. Works perfect for a single male travler. If you have a large family and smaller children, it might not be for you but that has no bearing on the ownership and staff of this location. I will stay again.

Close to The stockyards tourist area so that’s handy. The room was just fine. Clean. Could have used a little more in the “kitchen”- like some paper plates and plastic cutlery.
