Overall the staff was very helpful and welcoming. However, there was blood on my sheets and when I turned on the water is was black for awhile. Otherwise it was not a bad stay.

Carla the front desk manager was awesome! She was very informative. The other staff members we encountered were very customer oriented as well.

I liked the room and that it had a refrigerator! The room was clean and spacious!

Thank you Terry I really appreciate the room upgrade. I had plenty of room and comfortable sleeping in the extra room.

will never stay again. No hot water, coffee maker did not work. very disappointed for my son and I. We were scheduled for 2 days and we checked out after one. Food was next to nothing. Had to travel.
