Rude staff, clog tub and no soap no coffee when I ask they got mad! Seriously!!

The only thing we didnt like or appreciate was the $55 deposit that is required at chrck in. Also very inconvenient to expect the customer to wait up to 14 days for refund.

Front desk agent was very friendly and welcoming. Room was spacious, clean and had all the amenities. Will be staying here again when we do come back this way!!

Pet friendly, yes! Next to fitness center hearing loud music at 7am not so good. WI-FI fair to poor, used my phone as hot spot.

A deposit for stay? No bottled water in the rooms! I had to pay for the water even they had a deposit!
