6 night stay. Reported broken toilet seaat when i checked in, and again on day two . . . Never fixed. Was supposed to have housekeeping on day three, never happened even after repeated calls. Non-smoking property with designated smoking areas (how does that work?), dont care about people smoking, but with those rules in place there were butts everwhere, and even the staff left partials stuffed in the siding. Door wouldn't latch without maximum effort and security locking was not a thing. Left my key on checkout, filled out the online form to checkout, but still got a phone call asking if I was checking out. Took two phone calls to verify they weren't going to keep charging my card. Wouldn't stay there again if someone else paid for it.

Property Management very disrespectful and unconcern about meeting the needs of their guest. Very nasty property filled with mold infested with buds. Property management team placed the blame on the guest staying at the hotel.

Lo peor administración en hotel que he visto te exigen hora de llegada tienen un letrero que dice que si llegas en horas de no oficina puedes llamar pero igual te dicen que no pueden hacerte el ingreso solo para que pierda la reserva y robarse el dinero en sí unos ladrones en todo el sentido de la palabra
